Painting With Vickie Class

We had our third Pour Painting Class with Vickie this summer. Today we used a colander to pour the paint through to the canvas. We made a mess, as usual, but it was fun and they came out really neat. Everyone seemed to enjoy it and we all had a good time.

This has been poured through the colander and now needs to be stretched to get to the edges on all sides.

Ice Cream Social

Tonight we had banana splits at our Ice Cream Social. It was Banana Split night and there was cake to boot. I do believe that everyone had enough ice cream and calories tonight. We also had a lot of good conversations!

Southern Comfort Received an Encore Award

Well, my Southern Comfort family, we received an award recognizing our park and it's beautiful appearance. 

The Encore Tidiest RV Resort Award was awarded purely based on customer and guest reviews.  Hats off to all of you because our parks appearance isn't just about the amenities and their appearance. Your homes and your standards for appearance overall, expectation to uphold that appearance has a lot to do with this award.

Dinner Outing at Milano's Italian Restaurant

We've been having a couple of dinner nights out this summer and people seem to really enjoy it. Here are some pictures from our trip to Milanos. 

We had two birthday boys tonight and Milanos gave them each a free piece of cheesecake. Boy, did they look good.

Father's Day at Southern Comfort

We had a wonderful Fathers' Day Dinner at Southern Comfort. The chicken was purchased from our neighborhood Walmart. The rest of the food was made by volunteers. We each had a half a chicken on our plate.
